This class series will focus on awakening, enlivening, and thanking the body for the many ways it supports and moves us. I’m looking forward to sharing these practices, as they have helped me cultivate awareness and presence both inside and outside of movement spaces, and across dance genres.

Masks will be required.

Classes are open to individuals of any and all movement experience.
